I would like to thank Osczr and Moses for finally fixing our air-conditioning. They were very pleasant and curious when explaining what needed to be done. Great job done by these gentleman.

Jose' Showed up on time. Called ahead as promised. Very friendly. Very professional! Very honest! Diagnosed and fixed my AC in about 30 minutes. He made some recommendations but didn't pressure me or try to "up-sell" me. I appreciated his honesty, If I need AC service again I WANT HIM AND ONLY HIM to come out! Will recommend to my neighbors if I hear of someone needing AC repair.

Jose came out to fix our condenser fan and was absolutely amazing. Had the required parts with him and had our AC up and running in less than an hour. Very professional and did great work!

Great service and appointments were kept and even early! I was quite uneasy that AHS assigned us to SCC after reading reviews. When they called to make an appointment I was very up front and asked questions. The representative assured all will be done at their best and assured our satisfaction. They were prompt, professional and even early! Thanks for a job well done!

I want to thank the Team at Sevier and especially Russell. I placed a service call with my Home Warranty for my AC. From the lady who took my call and helped schedule according to my availability, arrived on time, the service work and the professionalism was 5 star all the way. Thank you Team and Russell for answering my questions and fixing my problem.

Our unit went out and Sevier climate control came out that same day and was very prompt in replacing unit. We were very satisfied with the overall customer service, honesty and promptness of entire experience. When they came out to replace unit, they were very friendly, considerate and careful during installation. Was very pleased with the cleanliness and how professional they were during installation, we appreciated how they put down drop cloth to protect flooring as well. We highly recommend this company.
